It's more linear narrative, experience driven - all of which is surreal/expressionist. In a similar vein, you might enjoy Kentucky Route Zero - its a surreal journey done in a polygonal retro art style. While there are choices that you can make, more than anything it's about a brutal march through winter. If you're into a vaguely retro graphics with a strong linear story, you might really enjoy Banner Saga.
